Menu Planner

Healthy varied food is provided for your child. Drinks are given throughout the day. Please see some previous examples of meals below. The menu will be updated on a regular basis, healthy home-made food will always be provided.

Breakfast

• Choice of Porridge, Cornflakes, Rice Crispies, Weetabix and/or Toast & Fruit
• Drinks - Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Water or Milk

Lunch

• Childs packed lunch to be provided

Tea

Week 1

• Monday - Jacket potato with choice of fillings and salad - Choice of dessert
• Tuesday - Tomato Pasta Bake with salad and garlic bread - Choice of dessert
• Wednesday - Roast chicken dinner with a choice of vegetables and potatoes.- Choice of dessert
• Thursday - Fish pie and vegetables - Choice of dessert
• Friday - Turkey curry and rice - Choice of dessert

Week 2

• Monday - Cheese and potato pie with beans and salad - Choice of dessert
• Tuesday - Chicken rice and seasonal vegetables - Choice of dessert
• Wednesday - Meatballs and spaghetti with salad - Choice of dessert
• Thursday - Fish, potatoes and peas - Choice of dessert
• Friday - Vegetable bake with potatoes - Choice of dessert

Dietary Requirements

You are required to provide complete details of any specific dietary requirements/allergies upon registering your child for childminding services at Groovie Tots.

You must inform us of any changes to your childs dietary requirements/medical needs upon bringing your child to Groovie Tots.
